Driving lessons in Bradford and Halifax. My name is Richard Miller and I am a DSA approved driving instructor. This means I been have tested to prove I have the Ability to teach you how to drive. I am a relatively young driving instructor at the age of 32 but I have been driving for 15 years. In my last job I covered over 300,000 miles in 3 years driving all over the country. I have thousands of driving hours experience under my belt. This is experience which I can pass on to my pupils, not just as someone who reads the books, but as someone who has the practical experience. With all the miles I have driven, I've never once had an accident, but have managed to avoid dozens. I decided to become a driving instructor to help people become safe drivers for life. I saw many different driving styles on the road, and I realised I could use my experience to help people to pass their driving test. I also wanted to reduce my travelling time as I had a son on the way. Becoming a driving instructor was the ideal way forward, sharing my vast experience and still having a job that involved one of my passions in life, driving. After spending time as a BSM instructor, I realised being an independent instructor was the way forward. I set up my own driving school in Halifax and Bradford to have more control over the way I run my business, and to save money on expensive franchise fees, which ultimately meant less expensive lessons for the pupil. I am a calm, chilled out person which rubs off on my pupils meaning they are less anxious when attempting something new in the car. I always encourage my pupils and I know how much everyone loves to be praised, but I can also take a more serious approach if needed. I treat every pupil as an individual and at all times behave in a professional manner towards them. I will, at all times, avoid physical contact. If I use the dual controls I will let you know why I used them and make sure you understand the consequences if I hadn't. I will never use the mobile phone on our lesson, or ask you to take me to the bank or Mcdonalds. You pay for the lesson so I will give you my undivided attention, which means I'll always be in control of the lesson. This means you will gain confidence quicker than with a driving instructor who illegally uses the phone or uses your lesson time for personal errands. I do lessons all around Halifax and Bradford and I can even pick you up from work or college. Once you have had your driving lessons i'll drop you off where you like.
