Whether you own a modern X-type, S-type or the latest XF or XJ, the East Sussex region offers its members the same warm welcome as it does the members owning the classic E-types, Mark II's and XK's, we believe that a good variety of members and their vehicles makes the membership of the jec as successful as it is today. So if you are considering making new friends and showing off your pride and joy, why not join in with our many activities arranged throughout the year, you will be most welcome. Located in the South East of England, the East Sussex Region of the Jaguar Enthusiast's Club (JEC) is an extremely friendly and active region with over 350 registered club members who enjoy sharing their passion with other Jaguar and Daimler owners. Their shared knowledge and expertise is of mutual benefit to all members, new and old. The region arranges many events throughout the year adding to the social atmosphere of our meetings and the general benefits of belonging to a club of genuine enthusiasts. These can be found on the Calendar page. The committee produces on average six to eight outside events per year as well as our joint annual display with the West Sussex Region. We meet every third Monday of the month at the Boship Farm Hotel, just outside of Hailsham on the A22 at 7:30pm.unless otherwise advertised. The meetings impinge upon varied topics and interests as suggested by club members and not forgetting annual events including our Bonnets Up competition, judged by our sponsors, Caffyns Jaguar of Eastbourne, a Drive'n'Dine evening, taking in glorious countryside, fine cuisine and good company and our annual Summer Bar-B-Que and Christmas Meal events. The 2010 committee consists of Jaguar Enthusiasts and Specialist Repairers who combined offer a broad range of knowledge of the Jaguar brand. The committee actively invites club members to voice their opinions and feedback on the running of the region, to ensure that the club has something to offer all of its members. |
