Advanced driving lessons in skid and car control with highly skilled instructors. Warwick based facilities include a handling circuit, high speed test track and skid pan. Here at the Driver Development Programme, we provide a range of advanced driver training courses for both road and track driving enthusiasts, to suit all abilities and goals. We also have introduced an advanced machine skills course for motorcyclists. DDP courses are run using the unique Prodrive Proving ground in Warwickshire so benefiting from their world-class driver facilities that include: Skid Pan Low traction wet test surfaces High-speed test track Alpine style handling track Advanced Driving Instructors Our advanced driving courses have a maximum of a 2 drivers per instructor, with 1 on 1 being available as an option. This enables you to get the most out of your day and your car. For each of our courses, we endeavour to pick the best instructor suited to your needs. With backgrounds ranging from circuit race and rally driving to car manufacturer testing and qualified advanced road driving, all instructors have a wealth of experience. Our Motorcycle Control Skills course is led by David Halsall, He is an IAM Senior Observer, RoSPA Tutor and an ex-production bike and enduro champion. This is a new course to DDP, but the course content is well established and an extremely valuable enhancement to any motorcyclist's experience base, whatever level you ride at. David has an uncanny ability to infect riders with his enthusiasm and rider skills!
