We can repair wheel scuffs, kerb damage, corrosion damage and peeling lacquer to your wheels. Your wheels are removed from your vehicle and the tyre bead is pushed away from the rim to allow us full access to the wheel face and rim. We will always paint the full face of the wheel, we will never just paint the affected area. This is an essential part of achieving the best finish and maximum protection for the refurbished wheel.

The damage is ground away using a specialist grinding machine, before being primed, painted using waterbased paint in oe colours, lacquered and cured uv light. The uv lacquer is fully cured in a short time, and once cured can be washed with no fear of damaging the surface. We can also refurbish polished alloys whereby the rim has suffered lacquer peel or kerb damage. Again the wheel is removed from the car and the tyre bead broken and pushed away from the rim to give us full access to the damaged area. The damage is ground out and the alloy is brought back to a mirror finish using a range of polishing pads and compounds.

We can then apply a clearcoat lacquer should you wish. We are also able to repair your 2 or 3 piece split rims. We will disassemble the wheels, refurbish the individual components as described above and then rebuild the wheels. For the ultimate finish, we recommend using new bolts during the rebuild, we are able to supply these should you wish.
