Before you start...
Only 2 things cause the application to fail = 1. Email Address (valid) and 2. Image (file size too big)
1. A valid email address is required. If not entered or correctly formatted, the system will fail.
2. Image can be no larger than 10Mb or the system will fail.
Check your image size before uploading..
Windows: Right-click the image > Properties > look at Size - must be under 10,240 KB
Mac: Right-click the image > Get Info > look at File Size - must be under 10,240 KB
3. All FAILS require you to start again.
